Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Void outside the Eligibility Area and where prohibited by law. Subject to all federal, state, local, provincial, and municipal laws. Sweepstakes begins at 10:00 a.m. GMT on June 1, 2026 & ends 11:59 p.m. GMT on September 15, 2026 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official time keeping device for this Sweepstakes.
1. Eligibility: The Marriott Bonvoy® Celine Dion Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States & District of Columbia, Canada, Austria, France, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland, South Africa, United Kingdom, Turkey, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia & United Arab Emirates (“Eligibility Area”) who are Marriott Bonvoy Members and at least 18 years of age and the age of majority in their respective jurisdictions of permanent residence (whichever is greater) as of date of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Marriott International, Inc. ("Sponsor"), Don Jagoda Associates ("Administrator"), Celine Dion, CDA Productions (Las Vegas), Inc., and any of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, mandataries, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment, and marketing agencies, web site providers, web masters, and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings and children, regardless of where they live) and those living in the same household (whether or not related) are not eligible to enter or win. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's and/or Administrator's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a Prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of winners. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the English version of the Official Rules shall prevail, govern, and control.
2. Sponsor/Administrator: The Sponsor is Marriott International, Inc., 7750 Wisconsin Ave, Bethesda, MD 20814 USA. The Administrator is Don Jagoda Associates, Inc., 100 Marcus Drive, Melville, NY 11747 USA.
3. How to Enter: There is NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to participate. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. To receive one (1) entry (“Entry”) into the random drawing(s) corresponding to your date of Entry and your country/region/continent of residence, visit https://joinmarriottbonvoy.com/celinedionparis/EN-GB
during the Sweepstakes Period and follow the on-screen directions to either a) complete the registration form with your Marriott Bonvoy Member number, or b) if you are not a Marriott Bonvoy Member, you may sign-up for a Marriott Bonvoy Member account. There is no cost or fee to become a Marriott Bonvoy Member. Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. GMT on September 15, 2026. Incomplete and/or inaccurate Entries are void. No information regarding Entries, other than as otherwise set forth in these Official Rules, will be disclosed. Limited to one (1) Entry per email address/Marriott Bonvoy Membership account; a person may only use one email address/Marriott Bonvoy Membership account to enter. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, Marriott Bonvoy Membership numbers, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void such entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of AI, or any automated or computer system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your online service may apply. If entering via mobile device, normal phone/data and usage charges imposed by your phone service may apply. Standard data rates may apply if entering via mobile device.
Incomplete, corrupted, or untimely entries are void and will be disqualified. Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen, or misdirected entries; lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections; or miscommunications, computer or software malfunctions, telephone transmission problems, technical failures, garbled transmissions, damage to a user's computer equipment (software or hardware), or other errors or malfunctions of any kind, whether human, mechanical, electronic, or otherwise. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the Marriott Bonvoy account used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, Internet service provider, or other organization (which may include an employer) responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. Entries specifying an invalid, non-working, or inactive email address will be disqualified and ineligible to win. Entrant’s social media profiles must be in keeping with Sponsor’s image and reputation or entrant may be disqualified.
For residents of France: Telecommunication and access expenses corresponding to the time of connection for participation in the Sweepstakes have been evaluated at the flat fee of 0.50 Euros per Entry, and shall be reimbursed to any on-line entrant requesting it via email to marriottbonvoysweepstakes@djagoda.com. If you claim reimbursement for these expenses, you must provide a telephone bill demonstrating that you do not benefit from unlimited access. An incomplete request for reimbursement or one sent to the incorrect address will be invalid. You must submit reimbursement requests within two months (60 calendar days) of the Sweepstakes end date. Reimbursement of connection costs is limited to one participation by an individual (same first name and last name, same postal code, same age). Postal fees incurred in sending supporting documentation will be reimbursed upon request, provided they are requested in writing as set forth above, and are within the limit of the lowest postal fee applicable to a letter of 20 grams or less.
4. Selection of Winners/Odds: Winners will be randomly selected on or about September 8, 2026 from among all eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Random drawing will be conducted by the Administrator (at its office in Melville, NY USA), an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the drawing and winner verification. The odds of winning a prize (each, a “Prize”) depend on the total number of Entries received.
5. Winner Notification: Potential winners will be notified via email from marriottbonvoy@djagoda.com and will receive a Declaration of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release (where legal) (“Declaration”) in the form of a DocuSign and will be required to complete, sign and return Declaration via email within 48 hours of being notified in order to claim their Prize, or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected and notified, time permitting. Potential winners in Canada must answer correctly a mathematical skill-testing question without aid of mechanical device or otherwise, to be administered by the Administrator at a time and in a manner to be determined by the Administrator. If a potential winner fails to return the required document(s) or the Declaration within the required time period, or the Prize notification is returned undeliverable, or in the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable Prize to an alternate winner selected by a random drawing from among all remaining eligible Entries received, time permitting. All Prizes will be awarded provided a sufficient number of eligible Entries are received throughout the Sweepstakes Period. A maximum of two (2) alternate Prize winners will be selected for each Prize offered, time permitting, after which time the Prize will remain unawarded.
Potential winners are subject to verification by Sponsor and/or Administrator, whose decisions are final and BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES. An entrant is not a winner of any Prize unless and until entrant's eligibility has been verified and entrant has been notified that verification is complete.
6. Prizes & Approximate Retail Values (“ARV”): One (1) Grand Prize: Two (2) tickets (for winner & guest) to see Celine Dion in Paris, France on 10th October, 2026 (“concert”) and 2-night hotel accommodations (based on double occupancy); ARV: $2,412. Air transportation is NOT included with Grand Prize and is the sole responsibility of winner. Two (2) First Prizes: Two (2) tickets to see the concert; ARV: $692 each. Air transportation and hotel accommodations are NOT included with First Prize and are the sole responsibility of winner. Winners must be Marriott Bonvoy Members. The total ARV of all Prizes is USD$3,796. Limit one (1) Prize per person/household.
7. Prize Terms: In the event a winner and/or guest engage(s) in behavior during the concert that (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) is obnoxious or threatening, illegal, or that is intended to threaten or harass any other person, or that in any way disparages or adversely affects the reputation, image, and/or customer goodwill of Sponsor) or any of Sponsor’s services, products, trademarks, service marks, or logos, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate hotel stay or eject them from the concert and send that Prize winner and/or guest home (at winner/guest’s own expense) with no further obligations or compensation whatsoever to Prize winner and/or guest (which may, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, result in that Prize winner’s disqualification from the Sweepstakes and forfeiture of any and/or all prizes). In the event a Prize winner or guest engage(s) in behavior at a concert that (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) is illegal, tortious, or subjects that Prize winner or guest to arrest or detention, Sponsor shall have no obligation to pay any damages, fees, fines, judgments or other costs or expenses of any kind whatsoever incurred by Prize winner or guest as a result of such conduct. SPONSOR SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURIES, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR OTHER DAMAGES OR EXPENSES RESULTING FROM OR ARISING OUT OF USE OF PRIZE/TRAVEL OR ANY OTHER ASPECT OF A PRIZE WINNER’S OR GUEST’S ACCEPTANCE OR USE OF THE PRIZE.
Concert Ticket Prize Terms: The offering for sale, selling, reselling, or otherwise transferring of any Prize, or any portion thereof (e.g., concert tickets, airline tickets, gifts, etc.) to any third party is strictly prohibited. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify winners and void Prizes that appear to have been offered for sale, sold, or otherwise transferred. Concert tickets may be subject to concert ticket issuer’s standard raincheck and cancellation policies and procedures. All expenses, travel, accommodations, and other costs not expressly stated in the package description above are the sole responsibility of each winner. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply. Lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, vouchers, or certificates will not be replaced by Sponsor or Administrator. By accepting the Prize, winners agree to abide by any terms, conditions and restrictions provided by the concert ticket issuer. Sponsor is not responsible if winner does not make use of the Prize. Sponsor is not responsible if concert is delayed, postponed, or cancelled for any reason due to circumstances beyond Sponsor’s control. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute that portion of Prize for one of equal or greater value. Winners cannot substitute, assign, transfer, or redeem Prize for cash; however, Sponsor reserves the right to make equivalent Prize substitutions at its sole discretion if any advertised Prize (or portion of a Prize) becomes unavailable. Winners are responsible for any loss of Prize or portion of Prize after it has been delivered.
Overall Prize Terms: Any and all applicable federal, state, local, provincial, and municipal taxes and all fees and expenses related to acceptance and use of Prize not specifically stated herein are the sole responsibility of the Prize winners. U.S. Prize winners may be issued a 1099 tax form for the actual retail value of Prize.
8. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In the event of cancellation, the Prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received prior to cancellation. Sponsor, Administrator, and their agencies are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen or misdirected entries; lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections, garbled transmissions or miscommunications, telephone transmission problems; computer or software malfunctions or damage to a user's computer equipment (software or hardware); technical failures; or other errors or malfunctions of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, or otherwise. Proof of sending or submission of entry will not be deemed proof of receipt by Sponsor or Administrator. Sponsor's or Administrator's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW, AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be attempting to tamper with or undermine the entry process, and/or the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes; to violate the Official Rules; or to act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, void any suspect entries and (a) modify the Sweepstakes or suspend the Sweepstakes to address the impairment and then resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (b) award the Prizes at random from among all eligible entries received prior to cancellation up to the time of the impairment.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that in the event of inconsistency between your local language version (if applicable) and the English version of these Official Rules, the English version shall prevail, and your local language version shall be deemed to be amended accordingly to the extent necessary for such inconsistency to be in conformity with the English version of these Official Rules.
9. Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree that Sponsor, Administrator, Celine Dion, CDA Productions (Las Vegas), Inc., and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, members, shareholders, employees, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment and marketing agencies, website providers, web masters, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (the "Released Parties") are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of a Prize. BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANTS AGREE THAT THE RELEASED PARTIES WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR, AND SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS BY ENTRANTS AGAINST, ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURIES, LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS, INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH, OR PROPERTY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, MISUSE, OR USE OF THE PRIZE, ENTRY, OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR IN ANY SWEEPSTAKES RELATED ACTIVITY, OR ANY CLAIMS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION OR INVASION OF PRIVACY, OR MERCHANDISE DELIVERY. THE RELEASED PARTIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF ANY PRIZE CANNOT BE AWARDED DUE TO CANCELLATIONS, DELAYS, OR INTERRUPTIONS DUE TO ACTS OF GOD, ACTS OF WAR, NATURAL DISASTERS, WEATHER, OR TERRORISM.
BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANTS AGREE THAT THE RELEASED PARTIES WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY INJURIES, DAMAGES, OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES TO PERSONS, INCLUDING DEATH, OR TO PROPERTY ARISING OUT OF ACCESS TO AND USE OF ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR THE DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM ANY SUCH SITE.
FOR RESIDENTS OF UK, SWITZERLAND, AND EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA: THIS RELEASE DOES NOT APPLY TO CLAIMS AGAINST SPONSOR, ITS REPRESENTATIVES AND ITS VICARIOUS AGENTS FOR DAMAGES BECAUSE OF PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH, AND TO CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES IN CASE OF INTENT OR GROSS NEGLIGENCE BY SPONSOR, ITS REPRESENTATIVES OR VICARIOUS AGENTS.
By participating in this Sweepstakes, you acknowledge: (1) In regard to a Prize or any other products or services offered by Sponsor and/or its affiliates free of charge, Sponsor shall only be liable for intent and gross negligence. (2) In all other cases, Sponsor shall only be liable in cases of intent and gross negligence. In case of slight negligence, however, Sponsor is only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations, such as delay or impossibility of performance, for which Sponsor can be held responsible. The liability in the event of breach of such an essential contractual obligation is limited to the typical contractual damage, whose occurrence could be expected by Sponsor upon conclusion of the contract based on the circumstances known at that time. “Essential contractual obligations” are those obligations whose fulfillment is essential to enable the proper implementation of the contract, and the achievement of its purpose and whose observation you as an end consumer may rely upon. The foregoing limitations of liability shall not apply in the case of explicit guarantees by Sponsor, in case of malice and injuries to life, body or health, as well as in the case of mandatory statutory regulations. Nothing in these Official Rules shall deprive you of the consumer protection rights granted to you by the laws of your residence that cannot be derogated from by agreement to such.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING REGARDING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, INCLUDING ALL PRIZES, ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY. 10. Publicity. EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, WINNERS GRANT TO SPONSOR, ADMINISTRATOR, CDA PRODUCTIONS (LAS VEGAS), INC. (WHICH GRANT WILL BE CONFIRMED IN WRITING ON REQUEST OF SPONSOR AND/OR ADMINISTRATOR), AND THOSE ACTING PURSUANT TO THEIR AUTHORITY, THE RIGHT AND PERMISSION (BUT NOT THE OBLIGATION) TO PRINT, PUBLISH, BROADCAST, AND USE, WORLDWIDE IN ANY MEDIA NOW KNOWN OR HEREAFTER DEVELOPED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WORLD WIDE WEB, AT ANY TIME OR TIMES, EACH WINNER'S NAME, PORTRAIT, PICTURE, VOICE, LIKENESS, ENTRY, AND BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION FOR ADVERTISING, TRADE, AND PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES (INCLUDING THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF HIS OR HER NAME ON TELEVISION OR RADIO BROADCAST) WITHOUT ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATION, COMPENSATION, PERMISSION, OR NOTIFICATION. ENTRANTS AGREE THAT SPONSOR SHALL OWN THE ENTRIES, WHICH WILL NOT BE ACKNOWLEDGED OR RETURNED, AND THAT SPONSOR AND ITS DESIGNEES SHALL HAVE THE PERPETUAL, WORLDWIDE RIGHT TO EDIT, PUBLISH, AND USE THE ENTRIES IN ANY WAY AND IN ANY MEDIA FOR TRADE, ADVERTISING, PROMOTIONAL, AND/OR OTHER PURPOSES AS SPONSOR AND/OR ITS DESIGNEES MAY DETERMINE WITHOUT FURTHER CONSIDERATION TO ENTRANTS OR ANY THIRD PARTY.
11. Disputes: Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes, including the formation, interpretation, breach, or termination thereof, including whether the claims asserted are arbitrable, will be referred to and finally and exclusively determined by binding arbitration in accordance with the JAMS International Arbitration Rules. The tribunal will consist of one arbitrator. The seat of the arbitration will be Bethesda, Maryland, USA though the parties may agree to online/virtual proceedings. The language to be used in the arbitral proceedings will be English. Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered by any court having jurisdiction thereof.
Unless you are a resident of a member-state of the European Economic Area or Switzerland, all disputes, claims or controversies arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes, including the marketing and promotion of the Sweepstakes, shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration in the United States under the laws of the United States.
For residents of Spain: Nothing in these Official Rules shall be interpreted in the sense of limiting the application of articles 82 to 91 and 114 to 126 of Spanish Consumers and Users Protection Act (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007). These articles shall prevail in all cases over the Official Rules and the laws of the State of Maryland in the U.S.
12. Privacy: The jurisdiction, state, or province in which you live may require the Administrator and/or Sponsor to delete your personal data upon written request, which Administrator will be bound to honor. However, you will be disqualified if personal data is withdrawn or deleted prior to the determination of the Prize winner(s) and fulfillment of the Prize(s). This is not a penalty – it is recognition that in complying with any such request Administrator and Sponsor’s ability to administer the Sweepstakes is removed as to a person withdrawing their permission for Released Parties to use their personal data or asking that their personal data be deleted prior to the determination of the Prize winner(s) and fulfillment of the Prize(s). Information submitted by you is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy, which can be found at www.marriott.com/privacy. Sponsor and the Administrator will process your personal information solely for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes and your Marriott Bonvoy Membership. Information collected by Sponsor and its agencies in connection with the Sweepstakes may be used by Sponsor and its agencies and shared with third parties involved in administration of the Sweepstakes in accordance with the online Privacy Policy above and applicable data protection laws. Sponsor agrees to ensure that all data collection complies with (i) all applicable laws, including without limitation, all laws, corporate standards, policies, regulations, as well as the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) (collectively “Applicable Laws”) (ii) the principles, guidelines, rules and codes of conduct of self-regulatory organizations to which third parties providing services, platforms, and data are bound, and any required notices and consents; and (iii) privacy disclosures and information collection requirements imposed on advertisers by targeting of media in order to comply with Applicable Laws. Entrants’ information will be transferred to the United States.
