To receive one (1) entry (“Entry”) into the random drawing, visit: https://www.joinmarriottbonvoy.com/cricketgoldenticket during the Sweepstakes Period and follow the on-screen directions to either: a) complete the registration form with your Marriott Bonvoy Member number; or b) if you are not a Marriott Bonvoy Member, you may sign-up for a Marriott Bonvoy Member account. There is no cost or fee to become a Marriott Bonvoy Member. Entries must be received by 11:59 pm GMT on February 12, 2026. Incomplete and/or inaccurate Entries are void. No information regarding Entries, other than as otherwise set forth in these Official Rules, will be disclosed. Limit one (1) Entry per email address/Marriott Bonvoy Membership account; a person may only use one email address/Marriott Bonvoy Membership account to enter. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different email addresses, Marriott Bonvoy Membership numbers, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void such Entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated or computer system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your online service may apply. Incomplete, corrupted, or untimely entries are void and will be disqualified. Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen, or misdirected entries; lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections; or miscommunications, computer or software malfunctions, telephone transmission problems, technical failures, garbled transmissions, damage to a user's computer equipment (software or hardware), or other errors or malfunctions of any kind, whether human, mechanical, electronic, or otherwise. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the Marriott Bonvoy account used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, Internet service provider, or other organization (which may include an employer) responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. Entries specifying an invalid, non-working, or inactive email address will be disqualified and ineligible to win. Entrant’s social media profiles must be in keeping with Sponsor’s image and reputation or entrant may be disqualified.

4. Selection of Winners: On or about February 17, 2026, one (1) Grand Prize winner, one (1) First Prize winner and one (1) Second Prize winner will be randomly selected from among all eligible Entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period. Drawing will be conducted by the Administrator (at their offices in Melville, NY USA), an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the Sweepstakes. The odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of Entries received through the end of the Sweepstakes Period.

5. Winner Notification: Potential winners will be notified by email and must respond to the notification and provide back any required completed documents (Declaration with release of liability, publicity release, etc.) within forty-eight (48) hours of notification attempt or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected and notified, time permitting. If a potential winner fails to return the required document(s) within the required time period, or the prize notification is returned undeliverable, or in the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the prize to an alternate winner selected by a random drawing from among all remaining eligible Entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period, time permitting. Prizes will be awarded provided a sufficient number of eligible Entries are received throughout the Sweepstakes Period. A maximum of two (2) alternate winners will be selected for each prize offered, time permitting, after which time the applicable prize will remain unawarded.

Potential winners are subject to verification by Sponsor and/or Administrator, whose decisions are final and BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES. An entrant is not a winner of a prize unless and until entrant's eligibility has been verified and entrant has been notified that verification is complete.

6. Prizes and Approximate Retail Values in USD (“ARV”): One (1) Grand Prize: a 3-day/2-night trip (“Trip”) for winner and one (1) travel companion to the T20 World Cup Cricket Finals on March 8, 2026 including two (2) Hospitality tickets to the match, 2-night hotel stay (standard room, double occupancy), round-trip economy air transportation to Finals location from major airport closest to winner's home, ground transportation between airport, hotel and stadium, and Sponsor-specified memorabilia/merchandise; ARV: $6,350 USD. Final match location will be either Ahmedabad, India or Colombo, Sri Lanka. One (1) First Prize: two (2) General Admission tickets to the T20 World Cup Cricket Finals (transportation and hotel accommodations not included); ARV: $800 USD. One (1) Second Prize: two (2) General Admission tickets to the T20 World Cup Cricket Semifinals (transportation and hotel accommodations not included); ARV: $100 USD. Semi-final's location will be Kolkata or Mumbai, India or Colombo, Sri Lanka; Semi-final match and ticket location to be determined by Sponsor. Winners must be Marriott Bonvoy Members at time of Entry and prize award/usage.

7. Prize Restrictions: Certain restrictions apply and Trip must be taken and all prizes must be used on date(s) specified by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited with no compensation. Trip may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. Grand Prize winner and travel companion must travel together on the same itinerary. Seat selection and timing of Trip subject to confirmation of reservations. Major credit card required at hotel check-in to cover any incidental charges. Travel companion or any guest must be a legal resident of the Eligibility Area (corresponding to winner’s country/region of residence). Winners’ travel companion or guest (or winner as parent/legal guardian of travel companion/guest, if he/she is a minor in his/her jurisdiction of primary residence and winner’s child/charge) will be required to execute a release of liability prior to travel. If Grand Prize winner elects to travel or participate in the Trip with no travel companion, no additional compensation will be awarded for the travel companion portion of prize. Winners and Grand Prize winner’s travel companion and any guests must hold an Indian or Sri Lanka visa (depending on the location of the Matches) or another visa or passport that allows visa-free entry into India or Sri Lanka with at least 6-months validity remaining. Grand Prize winner and travel companion are responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) at their option and hereby acknowledge that Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight except at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Sweepstakes, and those set forth by Sponsor’s airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. Grand Prize winner and travel companion must follow any applicable COVID or other protocols at time of travel. Lost, stolen or damaged airline tickets will not be replaced or exchanged. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions or any act or omissions whatsoever by any air carrier(s) or other transportation companies or any other persons providing any of these services to passengers including any results thereof such as changes in services or accommodations necessitated by same. The passenger contracts in use by the airlines or other transportation companies shall constitute the sole contracts with respect to the Grand Prize winner's and their travel companion's transportation and such contracts shall be solely between the Grand Prize winner, their travel companion and such transportation companies. Grand Prize winner and travel companion are solely responsible for all expenses not specifically set forth herein, including but not limited to meals, surcharges, service charges, personal charges, taxes, gratuities, souvenirs, other incidentals and items of a personal nature. In the event a winner and/or travel companion/guest engages in behavior that (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) is obnoxious or threatening, illegal, or that is intended to threaten or harass any other person, or that in any way disparages or adversely affects the reputation, image, and/or customer goodwill of Sponsor or any of Sponsor’s services, products, trademarks, service marks, or logos, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the prize, and send winner and/or travel companion/guest home (at winner/travel companion/guest’s own expense) with no further obligations or compensation whatsoever to winner and/or travel companion/guest (which may, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, result in winner’s disqualification from the Sweepstakes and forfeiture of prize). In the event a winner or travel companion/guest engages in behavior that (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) is illegal, tortious, or subject winner or travel companion/guest to arrest or detention, Sponsor shall have no obligation to pay any damages, fees, fines, judgments or other costs or expenses of any kind whatsoever incurred by winner or travel companion/guest as a result of such conduct. By accepting a prize, winners agree to abide by any terms, conditions and restrictions provided by the pass/ticket/certificate issuer. Sponsor is not responsible if a winner does not make use of their prize. Sponsor is not responsible if any prize event is delayed, postponed, or cancelled for any reason due to circumstances beyond Sponsor’s control. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute that portion or complete prize for one of equal or greater value. Winners cannot substitute, assign, transfer, or redeem prizes for cash; however, Sponsor reserves the right to make equivalent prize substitutions at its sole discretion if any advertised prize (or portion of prize) becomes unavailable. Winners are responsible for any loss of prize or portion of prize after it has been delivered. Any and all applicable taxes, dues and all fees and expenses related to acceptance and use of prizes not specifically stated herein are the sole responsibility of the winners. If Grand Prize winner is a US resident, they will receive a 1099 tax form for the total value of the prize awarded.

General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In the event of cancellation, the prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received prior to cancellation. Sponsor, Administrator, and their agencies are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen or misdirected Entries; lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections, garbled transmissions or miscommunications, telephone transmission problems; computer or software malfunctions or damage to a user's computer equipment (software or hardware); technical failures; or other errors or malfunctions of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, or otherwise. Proof of sending or submission of Entry will not be deemed proof of receipt by Sponsor or Administrator. Sponsor's or Administrator's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that in the event of inconsistency between your local language version (if applicable) and the English version of these Official Rules, the English version shall prevail, and your local language version shall be deemed to be amended accordingly to the extent necessary for such inconsistency to be in conformity with the English version of these Official Rules.

Disputes: Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes, including the formation, interpretation, breach, or termination thereof, including whether the claims asserted are arbitrable, will be referred to and finally and exclusively determined by binding arbitration in accordance with the JAMS International Arbitration Rules. The tribunal will consist of one arbitrator. The seat of the arbitration will be Bethesda, Maryland USA though the parties may agree to online/virtual proceedings. The language to be used in the arbitral proceedings will be English. Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered by any court having jurisdiction thereof.

Privacy: The jurisdiction, state, or province in which you live may require the Administrator and/or Sponsor to delete your personal data upon written request, which Administrator will be bound to honor. However, you will be disqualified if personal data is withdrawn or deleted prior to the determination of the winners and fulfillment of the prizes. This is not a penalty – it is recognition that in complying with any such request Administrator and Sponsor’s ability to administer the Sweepstakes is removed as to a person withdrawing their permission for Released Parties to use their personal data or asking that their personal data be deleted prior to the determination of the winners and fulfillment of the prizes.
