VISA^® FIFA WORLD CUP 2026™ SLEEPOVER SUITE SWEEPSTAKES FOR MARRIOTT BONVOY^®

OFFICIAL RULES

1. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

2. Sweepstakes Timing/Description: These Official Rules apply to the Visa FIFA World Cup 2026™ Sleepover Suite Sweepstakes for Marriott Bonvoy (the "Sweepstakes"). Sweepstakes begins at 10:00 a.m. Greenwich Mean Time (“GMT”) on April 15, 2026 & ends at 11:59 p.m. GMT on June 16, 2026 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). There will be one (1) Grand prize winner selected at the end of the Sweepstakes Period and four (4) Weekly First Prize winners, and four (4) Weekly Second Prize winners (hereinafter, the “winners”) selected in random drawings at the end of each Weekly Drawing Period (as defined below) from among all eligible entries received during each Weekly Drawing Period. Administrator's computer is the official time keeping device for this Sweepstakes. Grand Prize Winner and travel companion must travel to the New York/New Jersey area in the United States departing on July 17, 2026, and returning on July 20, 2026, to attend the FIFA World Cup 2026™ Final Match on July 19, 2026, or prize will be forfeited. Weekly First Prize Winners and travel companions must travel to Miami, Florida in the United States departing on July 9, 2026, and returning on July 12, 2026, to attend the FIFA World Cup 2026™ Quarter-Final Match on July 11, 2026, or prize will be forfeited. Failure to collect or properly claim a prize in accordance with these Official Rules will result in forfeiture of the prize. If forfeited for any reason, winners will not receive any other prize substitution or compensation, and the applicable prize will remain the property of the Sponsor and will not be awarded, except as provided herein.

3. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia (collectively “US” or “USA”) and Puerto Rico, Canada, Austria, France, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom, South Africa, India, Japan, South Korea, Argentina (excluding Mendoza, Neuquén, Salta, Rio Negro, and Tierra del Fuego), and Brazil (the “Eligibility Area”) who are Marriott Bonvoy members and at least eighteen (18) years of age and the age of majority in their respective jurisdictions of permanent residence (whichever is greater) as of date of entry. Additionally, if selected as a potential Grand or First Prize winner requiring international travel, both potential winner and designated travel companion must, upon notification of winning the prize, possess and show proof of valid travel documents including but not limited to a valid passport and/or entry visa as applicable for air travel into the U.S. or the prize will be forfeited. Void outside the Eligibility Area and where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, and directors of Visa U.S.A. Inc. (“Visa” or “Sponsor”), Visa Inc., Visa International Service Association, Marriott International, Inc. ("Marriott” or “Marriott Bonvoy” or "Promoter"), Fédération Internationale de Football Association (“FIFA”), and their respective parents, successors, affiliates, subsidiaries, client financial institutions, franchisees, advertising, public relations, prize suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies including but not limited to Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. ("Administrator"), content creators, website providers, web masters, and each of their respective agents, consultants, legal counsel, representatives, mandataries, officers, directors, shareholders, trustees and employees (the “Releasees”), and members of their immediate families (spouses or partners, parents, siblings and children, regardless of where they live) and those living in the same household (whether or not related) are not eligible to enter or win. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's, Promoter’s, and/or Administrator's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Sponsor and Promoter reserve the right to verify the eligibility of each winner. By participating in this Sweepstakes, unless prohibited by law, entrant agrees to waive any right to claim ambiguity with respect to these Official Rules. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the English version of the Official Rules shall prevail, govern, and control and your local language version shall be deemed to be amended accordingly to the extent necessary for such inconsistency to be in conformity with the English version of these Official Rules. Subject to all federal, state, local, provincial, and municipal laws.

4. How to Enter: There are two (2) ways to enter:

1. Online Registration Entry for Visa Cardholders: If you are an eligible Visa cardholder, visit joinmarriottbonvoy.com/sleepoversuite (the “Site”) during the Sweepstakes Period and follow the on-screen instructions to complete and submit the online registration form presented to receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry (an “Entry”). You will be required to check the appropriate boxes to confirm that you are a Visa cardholder and that you are a Marriott Bonvoy member or you may sign-up to become a Marriott Bonvoy member and acknowledge that you would like to enter the Sweepstakes and certify that you meet the eligibility requirements and have read and agree to these Official Rules.

2. Alternate Online Registration Entry for Non-Visa Cardholders: Visit joinmarriottbonvoy.com/sleepoversuitealternate (the “Site”) during the Sweepstakes Period and follow the on-screen instructions to complete and submit the online registration form presented to receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry (an “Alternate Entry”). You will be required to check the appropriate box to confirm that you are a Marriott Bonvoy member or you may sign-up to become a Marriott Bonvoy member and acknowledge that you would like to enter the Sweepstakes and certify that you meet the eligibility requirements and have read and agree to these Official Rules.

Entries and Alternate Entries are hereafter referred to individually as an “Entry” and collectively as “Entries”.

There is no cost or fee to become a Marriott Bonvoy member. If you are not a Marriott Bonvoy member, you must follow the onscreen instructions on the Site to become a member for free prior to entering. Incomplete and/or inaccurate Entries are void. No information regarding Entries, other than as otherwise set forth in these Official Rules, will be disclosed.  Limit one (1) Entry per email/Marriott Bonvoy membership account number throughout the Sweepstakes Period.

All Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. GMT on June 16, 2026. Limit: one (1) Entry per email address/Marriott Bonvoy member account regardless of method of Entry or number of Visa cards such person may hold. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different email addresses, Marriott Bonvoy member accounts, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void such Entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated or computer system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Normal internet access and usage charges imposed by your online service may apply. If entering via mobile device, normal phone/data and usage charges imposed by your phone service may apply. Standard data rates may apply if entering via mobile device. Incomplete, corrupted, or untimely Entries are void and will be disqualified. Releasees and their agents are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen, or misdirected Entries; lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections; or miscommunications, computer or software malfunctions, telephone transmission problems, technical failures, garbled transmissions, damage to a user's computer equipment (software or hardware), or other errors or malfunctions of any kind, whether human, mechanical, electronic, or otherwise. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the Marriott Bonvoy member account used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant or participant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned to an email address by an internet access provider, online service provider, internet service provider, or other organization (which may include an employer) responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. Entries specifying an invalid, non-working, or inactive email address will be disqualified and ineligible to win.

For residents of France: Telecommunication and access expenses corresponding to the time of connection for participation in the Sweepstakes have been evaluated at the flat fee of 0.50 Euros per Entry, and shall be reimbursed to any online entrant requesting it via email to visapromo@dja.com. If you claim reimbursement for these expenses, you must provide a telephone bill demonstrating that you do not benefit from unlimited access. An incomplete request for reimbursement or one sent to the incorrect address will be invalid. You must submit reimbursement requests within two (2) months (60 calendar days) of the Sweepstakes end date. Reimbursement of connection costs is limited to one participation by an individual (same first name and last name, same postal code, same age). Postal fees incurred in sending supporting documentation will be reimbursed upon request, provided they are requested in writing as set forth above, and are within the limit of the lowest postal fee applicable to a letter of twenty (20) grams or less. 

5. Determination of Winners/Notifications: One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about June 24, 2026 from among all eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Four (4) Weekly First Prize winners and four (4) Weekly Second Prize winners will be selected in random drawings on the Drawing Dates specified in the "Weekly Drawing Chart" below. Random drawings will be conducted by the Administrator, an independent judging organization, at its office in Melville, NY USA. Administrator’s, Sponsor’s, and/or Promoter’s decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Potential winners will be notified by email at the email address associated with their Marriott Bonvoy member profile or included with their Entry within five (5) days of random drawing date. Potential winners will be required to verify their eligibility by digitally completing and securely signing a Declaration of Compliance, Liability Waiver, and a publicity release where legal (collectively, the “Declaration”), and submit the Declaration to Administrator via Docusign within twenty-four (24) hours of notification. Potential winners in Canada must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without aid of mechanical device or otherwise, to be administered by the Administrator at a time and in a manner to be determined by the Administrator. Non-compliance with this timeframe and/or these Official Rules; Sponsor’s inability to contact a potential winner within a reasonable time period; or if a prize or a prize notification returned as undeliverable will result in potential winner’s disqualification and, at Promoter’s or Sponsor’s discretion, the applicable prize may be awarded to a potential alternate winner, time permitting. All prizes will be awarded provided a sufficient number of eligible Entries are received. A maximum of two (2) alternate winners will be selected for each prize offered, time permitting, after which time the applicable prize(s) will remain unawarded. In no event will more prizes than are stated in these Official Rules be awarded. Limit one (1) Grand Prize and one (1) Weekly prize per email/Marriott Bonvoy account during the Sweepstakes Period,

Weekly Drawing Chart:

Sponsor and Promoter reserve the right to conduct sanctions screenings and background checks of any and all social and public records of potential winners and travel companions, including without limitation civil and criminal court records and police reports, and submitting an Entry constitutes potential winners' permission for Sponsor to conduct such sanctions screenings and background checks, provided that to the extent additional authorization is necessary under law, each potential winner and their travel companion shall be required to authorize such screenings/checks. Sponsor and Promoter reserve the right (at their discretion) to disqualify a potential winner and/or not allow their selected travel companion to travel with them based on the results of the sanctions screenings and background checks or failure to properly authorize such screenings/checks. Potential winners’ and travel companions’ social media profiles must be in keeping with Sponsor’s and Promoter’s respective image and reputation or potential winner may be disqualified and/or their selected travel companion will not be allowed to travel with them.

6. Odds: The odds of winning the Grand Prize will depend upon the number of entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The odds of winning a Weekly First or Weekly Second prize will depend upon the total number of Entries received during each Weekly Drawing Period.

7. Prizes & Approximate Retail Values (“ARV”): One (1) Grand Prize: A 4-day/3-night trip departing on July 17, 2026, and returning on July 20, 2026, for two (2) people [winner and one (1) travel companion] to the New York New Jersey area in the U.S. to attend the FIFA World Cup 2026™ Final Match on July 19, 2026, at New York New Jersey Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey (the "Final Match Event"). Prize includes two (2) tickets to attend the Final Match Event (seats to be determined by Sponsor and Promoter in their absolute discretion), round-trip economy class air transportation for two (2) people from a major gateway airport nearest the winner’s home to/from a New York New Jersey area airport, transportation to/from airport and hotel and the Final Match Event, one (1) night stay (one (1) king size bed accommodation) in an accommodation designated by the Sponsor and Promoter at the New York New Jersey Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey, on July 18 and one (1) standard room, double occupancy hotel accommodations for two (2) nights at a New York New Jersey area hotel designated by Sponsor and Promoter, on July 17 and July 19, 2026. In addition to the aforementioned prize, nine thousand dollars ($9,000 USD) cash will be awarded in the form of a check to winner (collectively, the “Grand Prize”). ARV: $31,360 USD.

 A total of four (4) Weekly First Prizes [one (1) per Weekly Drawings #1 - #4 as detailed in Weekly Drawing Chart in Rule #5 above]: A 4-day/3-night trip departing on July 9, 2026, and returning on July 12, 2026, for two (2) people [winner and one (1) travel companion] to Miami, Florida in the U.S. to attend the FIFA World Cup 2026™ Quarterfinal Match on July 11, 2026, at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, Florida (the “Quarterfinal Match Event”). Prize includes two (2) tickets to attend the Quarterfinal Match Event (seats to be determined by Sponsor and Promoter in their absolute discretion), round-trip economy class air transportation for two (2) people from a major gateway airport nearest the winner’s home to/from a Miami, Florida area airport, 3-nights hotel accommodation [one (1) standard room, double occupancy] at a Miami, Florida area hotel designated by Sponsor and Promoter, up to $600 USD per diem (for winner only), and one (1) $250 USD Visa Prepaid card (for winner only; all terms and conditions apply to Visa Prepaid card). In addition to the aforementioned prize, six thousand dollars ($6,000 USD) cash will be awarded in the form of a check to winner (collectively, the “First Prize”); ARV: $24,240 USD each.

A total of four (4) Weekly Second Prizes [one (1) per Weekly Drawings #5 - #8 as detailed in Weekly Drawing Chart in Rule #5 above]: A $200 USD FIFA Merchandise digital gift Card (the “Second Prize”). Digital gift cards are not redeemable for cash FIFA digital gift card terms & conditions apply; ARV: $200 USD each. If FIFA Digital Gift Card is not available in the winners' country of residence, prize will be awarded in the form of a $200 USD check.

Total ARV of all Prizes is $129,120 USD. The Grand Prize, First Prizes, and Second Prizes shall collectively be referred to as “Prize” or “Prizes”. The Final Match Event and the Quarterfinal Match Event shall collectively be referred to as “Event”.

Releasees shall not be responsible for a lost, stolen or misplaced check, Visa Prepaid card, or FIFA Merchandise digital gift card or any unused balance remaining on a card. Winners must be Marriott Bonvoy members. No substitution, cash equivalent, or transfer of Prizes permitted except at the absolute discretion of Sponsor and Promoter, who reserve the right to substitute a Prize (or portion thereof) with one of equal or greater value, except as otherwise provided herein. All Prize details are at Sponsor’s and Promoter’s absolute discretion. If any portion of a Prize is unavailable for any reason, including but not limited to, cancellation; delays; changes in stadium capacity; a public health crisis; or any federal, state/provincial, and/or local government regulations, orders, or guidelines, Sponsor and Promoter reserve the right to substitute a Prize or portion thereof with one of equal or greater value and no other additional compensation or substitution will be provided.

8. Prize Restrictions/Requirements: If a winner and/or his/her/their travel companion are unable to travel on the dates specified by Sponsor or Promoter for any reason, the applicable Prize will be forfeited with no compensation. Sponsor reserves the right to change dates for any trip. All fees and expenses (such as passport, visas, security fees, gratuities, luggage fees, meals and ground transportation, and incidental charges) related to acceptance and use of a Prize not specifically stated herein are the sole responsibility of the winners. Certain restrictions apply. Trips may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. Seat selection and timing of trips are subject to confirmation of reservations. Major credit card required at hotel check-in to cover any incidental charges. Travel companions must be legal residents of the Eligibility Area (corresponding to the applicable winner’s country/region of residence) and the legal age of majority in his/her/their jurisdiction of permanent residence [and at least eighteen (18) years of age or older]. Travel companions will be required to execute a release of liability/publicity release (“Travel Companion Release”) within twenty-four (24) hours of notification attempt. If a winner elects to travel or participate in the Prize with no travel companion, no additional compensation will be awarded for the travel companion portion of the Prize. Winners and travel companions must possess valid travel documents (i.e., REAL ID, passport, entry visa, etc. as required) and travel on the same itinerary. Winners and travel companions are responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) at their option and hereby acknowledge that Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel is subject to FIFA World Cup 2026™ scheduling, the terms and conditions set forth in this Sweepstakes, and those set forth by Sponsor’s airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. Lost, stolen or damaged airline tickets will not be replaced or exchanged. Once a trip has been booked, no change, extension or substitution of trip dates is permitted; Releasees are not responsible for any fees or additional charges resulting from any changes to itinerary or accommodations made by a winner and/or their travel companion. Releasees shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions or any act or omissions whatsoever by any air carrier(s) or other transportation companies or any other persons providing any of these services to passengers including any results thereof such as changes in services or accommodations necessitated by same. The passenger contracts in use by the airlines or other transportation companies shall constitute the sole contracts with respect to the winners’ and their travel companions’ transportation and such contracts shall be solely between the winners, their travel companions and such transportation companies. Prize conditions may be added or modified by companies providing those portions of a Prize. Prize restrictions/conditions stated herein are not all-inclusive and may be subject to additional restrictions/conditions at time of travel, which may be stated in the Declaration and Travel Companion Release and/or prize travel documents.

In the event a winner and/or a travel companion engage(s) in behavior during travel that (as determined by Sponsor or Promoter in their absolute discretion) is obnoxious or threatening, illegal, or that is intended to threaten or harass any other person, or that in any way disparages or adversely affects the reputation, image, and/or customer goodwill of a Releasee or any of Releasees’ services, products, trademarks, service marks, or logos, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate their travel or eject them from Event, and send that winner and/or travel companion home (at winner’s/travel companion’s own expense) with no further obligations or compensation whatsoever to winner and/or travel companion (which may, in Sponsor’s or Promoter’s absolute discretion, result in that winner’s disqualification from the Sweepstakes and forfeiture of the Prize). In the event a winner or travel companion engage(s) in behavior on trip or at Event that (as determined by any Releasee in its absolute discretion) is illegal, tortious, or subjects that winner or travel companion to arrest or detention, Releasees shall have no obligation to pay any damages, fees, fines, judgments or other costs or expenses of any kind whatsoever incurred by a winner or their travel companion as a result of such conduct. RELEASEES SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURIES, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR OTHER DAMAGES OR EXPENSES RESULTING FROM OR ARISING OUT OF USE OF PRIZE/TRAVEL OR ANY OTHER ASPECT OF A WINNER’S OR TRAVEL COMPANION’S ACCEPTANCE OR USE OF ANY PRIZE.

9. FIFA World Cup 2026™ Ticket and Stadium Terms: Tickets to the FIFA World Cup 2026™ must be accepted as awarded and are subject to all applicable terms and conditions prescribed to such tickets. Such terms and conditions are contained in the applicable ticket Terms of Use and the Stadium Code of Conduct (which can be reviewed at https://www.fifa.com/en/tournaments/mens/worldcup/canadamexicousa2026/articles/legal-documents). By accepting tickets as a Prize and/or as part of a promotion, the holder is deemed to have accepted all of the applicable terms and conditions. Tickets are intended for exclusive use by the winners and their travel companions and may not be provided to any other person, including through resale, exchange, or barter. Any such resale, exchange, barter, or other commercial or promotional use may result in disqualification, Prize forfeiture, and invalidation of the license granted for the tickets. All FIFA World Cup 2026^TM venue restrictions and rules governing stadium safety, security and conduct also apply, including those set out in the Stadium Code of Conduct. Winners and travel companions are expected to respect other Event attendees and Event staff and must refrain from using foul or offensive language, obscene gestures, or engaging in non-sportsmanlike or disruptive behavior, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. FIFA and/or its affiliates reserve the right to cancel any tickets if FIFA determines that a winner and/or their travel companion has failed to comply with the Terms of Use, the Stadium Code of Conduct, or any other applicable terms and conditions. Unused FIFA World Cup 2026™ tickets cannot be refunded, exchanged, or applied toward tickets for any subsequent event or for cash.

10. Taxes: The value of the Prizes will be taxable to any winner residing in the United States as income. Any and all applicable federal, state, local, provincial, and municipal taxes and all fees and expenses related to acceptance and use of Prize not specifically stated herein are the sole responsibility of the winners. If the Grand Prize winner or a First Prize winner resides in the United States, that winner must provide their social security number for tax reporting purposes and will be issued a 1099-MISC tax form for the actual retail value of the Prize. Winners are solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes on a Prize.

11. General Conditions: Sponsor and Promoter reserve the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's or Promoter’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor or Promoter in their absolute discretion. In the event of cancellation, the Prizes will be awarded in random drawings from among all eligible Entries received per Weekly Drawing Period and overall, prior to cancellation. Releasees and their agencies are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen or misdirected Entries; lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections, garbled transmissions or miscommunications, telephone transmission problems; computer or software malfunctions or damage to a user's computer equipment (software or hardware); technical failures; or other errors or malfunctions of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, or otherwise. Proof of sending or submission of Entry will not be deemed proof of receipt by Sponsor, Promoter, or Administrator. Any failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW, AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be attempting to tamper with or undermine the Entry process, and/or the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes; to violate the Official Rules; or to act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, void any suspect Entries and (a) modify the Sweepstakes or suspend the Sweepstakes to address the impairment and then resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (b) award the Prizes at random from among all eligible Entries received during each Weekly Drawing Period and overall prior to cancellation up to the time of the impairment.

12. Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree that the Releasees are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Entry process or the Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of Entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of a Prize. By participating in this Sweepstakes, you acknowledge: (1) In regard to any Prize or any other products or services offered by Releasees and/or their respective affiliates free of charge, Releasees may be liable only for intent and gross negligence. (2) In all other cases, Releasees may be liable only in cases of intent and gross negligence. In case of slight negligence, however, Releasees may be liable only for the breach of essential contractual obligations, such as delay or impossibility of performance, for which Sponsor can be held responsible. The liability in the event of breach of such an essential contractual obligation is limited to the typical contractual damage, whose occurrence could be expected by the Releasees or any one of them upon conclusion of the contract based on the circumstances known at that time. “Essential contractual obligations” are those obligations whose fulfillment is essential to enable the proper implementation of the contract, and the achievement of its purpose and whose observation you as an end consumer may rely upon. The foregoing limitations of liability shall not apply in the case of explicit guarantees by Sponsor, in case of malice and injuries to life, body or health, as well as in the case of mandatory statutory regulations. Nothing in these Official Rules shall deprive you of the consumer protection rights granted to you by the laws of your residence that cannot be derogated from by agreement to such.

13. Publicity. By accepting a Prize, winners agree (and have received consent from their travel companions who also agree) that the Releasees or any of their agents may photograph and/or videotape any or all aspects of the Event (“Footage”) and winners and travel companions agree that the Releasees may use or edit that Footage in any way they see fit. Winners and travel companions must not be: (i) represented under a contract (e.g., by a talent agent or manager) at the time of Entry; (ii) subject to an acting, modeling or any other contract that would make their appearance in the Footage a violation of any third-party rights; or (iii) under any other contractual relationship, including but not limited to any guild or union memberships, that would in any way limit or impair Sponsor’s ability to display or use the Footage in any media form, in perpetuity on a royalty-free basis, without any payment of fee obligations of any kind. EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, WINNERS GRANT TO THE RELEASEES (WHICH GRANT WILL BE CONFIRMED IN WRITING ON REQUEST OF SPONSOR AND/OR ADMINISTRATOR), AND THOSE ACTING PURSUANT TO THEIR AUTHORITY, THE RIGHT AND PERMISSION (BUT NOT THE OBLIGATION) TO PRINT, PUBLISH, BROADCAST, AND USE, WORLDWIDE IN ANY MEDIA NOW KNOWN OR HEREAFTER DEVELOPED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WORLD WIDE WEB, AT ANY TIME OR TIMES, EACH WINNER'S NAME, IMAGE, LIKENESS, VOICE, FOOTAGE, AND BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION FOR ADVERTISING, TRADE, AND PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES (INCLUDING THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF THEIR NAME ON TELEVISION OR RADIO BROADCAST) WITHOUT ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATION, COMPENSATION, PERMISSION, OR NOTIFICATION. 14. Disputes: Except where prohibited, all issues/questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be addressed with the Administrator and shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California in the U.S., without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of California in the U.S. or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of California in the U.S. Jurisdiction and venue shall be solely within the State of California in the U.S.

Disputes for Residents of Canada Only: Except where prohibited, all issues/questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be addressed with the Administrator and shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Province of Ontario, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules that would cause the application of the federal laws of any jurisdiction other than Canada. Jurisdiction and venue shall be solely within Toronto, Ontario.

Arbitration: Unless you are a resident of a member-state of the European Economic Area, South Korea, or Switzerland and except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, entrant agrees that (i) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any Prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) and held at the AAA regional office nearest the entrant; (ii) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration; and (iii) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than entrant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with participating in this Sweepstakes), and entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

 Arbitration for Residents of Canada Only: Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, entrant agrees that (i) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any Prize awarded, shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration seated in Toronto, Ontario, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1991 (Ontario) and administered under the Arbitration Rules of the ADR Institute of Canada (ADRIC).

Disputes For Residents of Spain: Nothing in these Official Rules shall be interpreted in the sense of limiting the application of articles 82 to 91 and 114 to 126 of Spanish Consumers and Users Protection Act (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007). These articles shall prevail in all cases over the Official Rules and the laws of the State of California in the U.S. 

15. Force Majeure: In the event the Releasees or any one of them is prevented from awarding the Prizes or continuing with this Sweepstakes as contemplated herein, due to any event beyond their control, including but not limited to fire, flood, natural or man-made epidemic of health or other means, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute, lockout, or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared) or any federal, state/provincial, or local government law, order, regulation, or protocol, public health crisis (e.g., Coronavirus), order of any court or jurisdiction, Event cancellation, scheduling conflict, inclement weather, or other cause not reasonably within Sponsor’s control (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), then Sponsor and Promoter shall have the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Sweepstakes. If this Sweepstakes is terminated before the end of the Sweepstakes Period, Sponsor will (if possible) select the winners in a random drawing from all eligible, non-suspect Entries received during each Weekly Drawing Period and overall, as of the date of the event giving rise to the termination. Inclusion in such random drawing shall be each entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances.

16. Privacy: The jurisdiction, state, or province in which you live may require the Administrator and/or Sponsor to delete your personal data upon written request, which Administrator will be bound to However, you will be disqualified if personal data is withdrawn or deleted prior to the determination of the winners and fulfillment of the Prizes. This is not a penalty – it is recognition that in complying with any such request Administrator and Sponsor’s ability to administer the Sweepstakes is removed as to a person withdrawing their permission for Releasees to use their personal data or asking that their personal data be deleted prior to the determination of the winners and fulfillment of the Prizes. Sponsor and the Administrator will process your personal information solely for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes. Information collected by Sponsor and its agencies in connection with the Sweepstakes may be used by Sponsor and its agencies and shared with third parties involved in administration of the Sweepstakes in accordance with the online Privacy Policy above and applicable data protection laws. Sponsor agrees to ensure that all data collection complies with (i) all applicable laws, including without limitation, all laws, corporate standards, policies, regulations, as well as the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) (collectively “Applicable Laws”) (ii) the principles, guidelines, rules and codes of conduct of self-regulatory organizations to which third parties providing services, platforms, and data are bound, and any required notices and consents; and (iii) privacy disclosures and information collection requirements imposed on advertisers by targeting of media in order to comply with Applicable Laws.
